Before opening our doors in Madrid, Flor is having its first public experience.
On September 18, we will be taking part in Gastro Encuentros at ZERO+ (@zeroplus_estudio), alongside the project Mesa Efímera (@mesaefimera) by journalist Marina Vega (@marinavegao), who will be moderating the talk.
We will have a conversation while Cadu Gasparini (@cadugasparini), chef and founder of Flor, cooks live and shares the influences that will give rise to the restaurant. Alongside him, Andrea Rubio (@andrearubio.interiorismo), in charge of the interior design, will explain how she transformed this vision into a space that reflects the essence of Flor.
It will all happen at ZERO+, the holistic architecture studio that drives and develops regenerative projects.
As part of its initiatives, the ENCUENTROS are a space for reflection and inspiration that activates an entrepreneurial ecosystem in the Valencian Community.
