Flor was born from a simple desire: to create a restaurant where sophistication and simplicity meet naturally.
Between the laid-back energy of a wine bar and the focus of fine dining, Flor finds its own rhythm, refined but never formal, designed to be enjoyed without preparation or pretense.
Our kitchen follows the seasons and the ingredients that arrive from our producers. We cook mostly with vegetables, with the occasional meat, always guided by the principle of extracting great flavour out of each ingredient. The menu changes naturally, as ingredients do.
The space reflects the same idea, open, bright and comfortable, made for both guests and the team to move freely and feel at ease. The wines are carefully chosen, the music plays from vinyl, and everything comes together to create something that we believe is honest and alive.
Flor is about food that speaks for itself, wines that tell stories, and an experience that feels genuine from the first glass to the last bite.
